THE LAB 2011 - FIRST EDITION, A SUCCESS !
In 2011, Nuits sonores launches the European Lab for festivals. During 3 days, the Lab gathers 185 participants heading from 20 different countries as well as over 60 international speakers (journalists, politics, program makers, booking agents, sociologists, music business entrepreneurs...) at the Lyon city hall. From this first edition, we keep in mind the enthusiasm with which the participants have shared experiences and good practices, but also the passion that they showed in the daily organization and defense of such a demanding but also fascinating thing as is the festival.
